Born in 2011, rooted in Parbat
‘Frontline Nepal, The Entrepreneurship & Development Foundation’ (FEDF) is a youth centered, youth led, non-profit, non-governmental organization established on 26 November 2011 (2068 Mangsir 10 B.S.), registered under the Organization Act of Nepal 2035 and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Frontline Nepal is a social organization specially committed to social entrepreneurship, youth self-employment and sustainable development. Since establishment, it has worked on the flourishing of youth potentiality to bring a positive and creative change in the entrepreneurship and attitude of youth.

Frontline Nepal envisions a prosperous society without poverty, where every person has an equal opportunity and a dignified life.
Mission
Empower youth — on education, employment, drug addiction reduction, good governance, participation and policy-making — to create sustainable development, productive entrepreneurship and a self-employment culture. Empower local communities by transforming skills & ideas into entrepreneurship development, and identify and optimally use local resources for poverty reduction.

Youth are the foundation pillar for the development of society. Productive entrepreneurship is the key to socio-economic progress. Community-centered perspectives create ownership, and self-reliance with optimum use of natural resources gives the everlasting pursuit of happiness for sustainable development.

Create a social entrepreneur and sustainable development friendly environment at community level.
Empower, transform skills and inspire youth and women to be self-sustaining, with priority to marginalized, indigenous, dalits, differently-abled, madhesi and discriminated groups.
Create employment opportunities through sustainable environment-friendly Productive Agro-Enterprise (PAE) and Non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP) enterprise projects.
Establish a 'Youth Entrepreneurship Resources Center' (YERC) and create a 'Social Network to Promote Entrepreneurship' (SNPE).
Promote the culture of volunteerism for social development.
Assist in the livelihood and economic development of marginalized people through the microfinance program.

What this institution sets out to do
Educational development campaigns and media publication in social entrepreneurship, self-employment and environment-friendly sustainable development.
Identify the potential of entrepreneurship and self-employment and empower youth with vocational training and modern technology.
Educate, train and empower youth on leadership, active citizenship, ideas of a free democratic society, good governance and policy-making.
Direct observation, supervision and direction on productive and developmental agro, industrial, tourism and volunteer entrepreneurship programs.
Conduct productive micro-enterprise and micro-finance programs to boost the livelihood of pro-poor, marginalized, indigenous, dalits and differently-abled people.
Develop a comprehensive resource center for the public — especially young entrepreneurs, students and policy makers — focusing on socio-economic development.
