Frontline Nepal Leadership Entirely Female; Kusum Sharma Elected as Chairperson

11 January, Frontline Information Center, Parbat — The 13th Annual General Meeting and 4th Convention of Frontline Nepal, the Entrepreneurship and Development Foundation, a youth and entrepreneurship-focused organization, concluded in Kushma on Saturday. The convention elected a 7-member executive committee under the leadership of Kusum Sharma. The organization's leadership has been entirely entrusted to women.
The newly elected committee includes Manju Kumari Sharma Regmi as Vice-Chairperson, Sanju Kumari Sharma (Acharya) as Secretary, Deepika Sharma as Treasurer, Sharda Acharya Regmi as Joint Secretary, and Bipana Thapa Magar and Sangita Pariyar as members.
Additionally, three sub-committees were formed: a 3-member Entrepreneurship Development Sub-Committee led by Kedarnath Acharya, a 3-member Resource Management and Mobilization Sub-Committee led by Shiv Prasad Sharma, and a Leadership and Capacity Development Sub-Committee led by Mohan Acharya.
